Cátedra de Carnaval

Presentación

La Cátedra de Carnaval de la Universidad de Cádiz se creó a propuesta y en colaboración con la Fundación Aula de Cultura del Carnaval de Cádiz, y se constituyó mediante la firma de un convenio entre la UCA y el Aula, el 6 de abril de 2018 en un acto presidido por Eduardo González Mazo, Rector de la UCA, Miguel Ángel Vázquez, Consejero de Cultura de la Junta de Andalucía y Agustín Rubiales, Presidente del Aula de Cultura del Carnaval, con la presencia del alcalde de Cádiz, José María González, y representando a la Diputación Provincial, los diputados de Función Pública y Cultura, Fran González y Salvador Puerto, respectivamente, la teniente de alcalde de Transparencia, Participación Ciudadana y Fiestas del Ayuntamiento de Cádiz, María Romay, y la diputada autonómica por Cádiz, Araceli Maese.
